This is our corporate website
This corporate website introduces our work in audio, social interaction, and digital experiences. It does not offer checkout or a paid subscription. A description of a focus area is not an offer to sell a specific service.
For a paid service sold by Tiya Inc., the applicable product page, checkout, or order form identifies the service, seller, price, currency, taxes, and delivery terms before you confirm the purchase.
Before making a purchase
Review the information in the relevant purchase flow before confirming an order.
- The product or service and the legal seller.
- The total price, explicit currency, and applicable taxes or additional charges.
- Whether the payment is one-time or recurring, with the billing interval.
- Any trial period, promotion conditions, and the price after an offer ends.
- How and when access is delivered, and any location or eligibility restrictions.
- The refund policy and the way to cancel a recurring subscription.
Recurring charges and trials
A service may involve a one-time payment or a recurring subscription only as disclosed in its purchase flow. For subscriptions, review the billing interval, renewal amount, renewal date, and cancellation instructions before subscribing.
Any trial or promotional offer must state its duration, eligibility, the price after the offer, and how to cancel before a charge. This corporate website does not itself offer a free trial or authorize recurring charges.
Access to digital services
Digital delivery may be through an account, an app, a download, or another method stated by the product. Refer to the confirmation from the seller for the actual delivery method and timing.
If access is missing after a confirmed purchase, check that you are using the correct account and contact the product’s support channel with the order reference.
Receipts and payment questions
Keep the receipt or order confirmation. It helps identify the service, seller, payment channel, and amount. If a charge is unfamiliar, check these details before contacting support.
Never send full card numbers, security codes, passwords, or authentication codes in a support request.
App store purchases
If Apple App Store or Google Play billed you, the store manages its payment records and purchase process. Subscription management and refund requests should follow the relevant store’s process.
For a purchase billed directly by a product, use the seller’s support and subscription-management channels shown in that product.
